M-Series

The Flowmeter in M-series M3 has two independent piezoresistive absolute pressure sensors that give you a compact flowmeter that can be used for three different functions: Gas flow measurement, Liquid flow measurement and Differential pressure measurement. M3 can measure most occur-ring gases and compensates for changes in pressure and temperature (mass flow measurement). Programmable with Eletta’s flowcenter. 4-20 mA and Modbus output.
